The Road to the Championship Starts Now

Running simultaneously with the National Trivia League season, Houston and Aggieland teams compete on two stages — local and national — with their eyes set on postseason glory.

The 2026 East Texas Trivia League Finals will bring together the top teams from East Texas for an unforgettable championship showdown.

Qualification Period

January 1 – July 31, 2026

All regular season weekly Houston and Aggieland Trivia League games played during this window count toward qualification.

Teams earn points throughout the season, and leaderboard standings at the close of play on July 31 will determine postseason eligibility.

Every game matters. Every point counts.

Postseason Format

  • 30 teams from Houston and 30 teams from Aggieland and Houston combined will advance to the Championship Finals.
  • The Finals will determine the 2026 East Texas Trivia League Champion Team

Prize Pool

  • $5500 in cash and prizes
